The picture above shows a deteriorated metal step-down to another roof section.  This area required wire-brushing, rust hole repair, and coating application.

After

The picture above shows the same area (reversed) after repair and PPG-Epoxy Coating was applied.  This maintenance type repair will prolong the life of this roof section because the coating is a rust inhibitor, and can be applied directly to rust.
